We currently ship to destinations within the United States and Canada 🇺🇸🇨🇦. Orders are processed and dispatched on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays 📅). Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume ⏳.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination address, package weight, and selected shipping method ⚖️. All applicable shipping charges will be displayed prior to order confirmation 💻.
We ship via major carriers including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, and USPS 🚛. Carrier selection is at our sole discretion unless a specific method is requested and available at checkout.
Once an order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email to the address associated with the order 📧. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress through the carrier's tracking system 🔍.
We are not liable for delays caused by carrier operations, customs processing 🛃, weather conditions 🌧️, natural disasters 🌪️, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Orders are shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase 📮. We are not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address information submitted by the customer. Any costs incurred due to address corrections or reshipment will be the responsibility of the customer 💰.
Risk of loss and title for all products pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier 📤. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim 📝.
